Model Gil Cuerva is Cosmopolitan magazine’s Cosmo Bae of the month this March.

Apart from being cute and adorable, Gil is also the showbiz newcomer everyone has their eyes on, considering he auditioned to be the Pinoy Matteo Do (opposite Jennylyn Mercado in the local adaptation of the hit Koreanovela My Love from the Star) – and got the role!

So while we’re all waiting for the show to air on GMA 7, here are some photos from his Cosmopolitan shoot to entertain us in the meantime.

1. He was just beginning to make waves in neighboring Asian countries when Gil got the job. Oh well, the modelling industry’s loss is local showbiz’s gain!
